Dr. Heather Graham, MD, FACOG
Physician & Co-Founder
Dr. Graham is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist and Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She has been recognized as one of Charlotte Magazine's Top Doctors each year since 2021, selected through an annual peer survey of physicians across Charlotte.
She co-founded Sorelle Health because she believes every woman deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in her health care decisions.

Nurse Practitioner & Co-Founder
Dr. Yancey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from East Carolina University. With nearly two decades of clinical experience in Charlotte, she brings deep expertise and genuine warmth to every patient relationship.
She co-founded Sorelle Health with the vision of creating a practice where women receive the kind of care she would want for herself, her mother, her sister, and her daughter — thorough, evidence-based, and genuinely personal.
