Insurance & Scheduling
Sorelle Health operates on a direct-pay model and does not bill insurance directly. Appointments are selected through secure online scheduling, and many patients use HSA or FSA accounts for visits. For patients with commercial insurance, a superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement depending on your plan.
Medicare Patients: Sorelle Health providers have opted out of Medicare. Medicare patients choosing to receive applicable Medicare-covered services from our providers are required under Medicare's opt-out rules to enter into a Medicare Private Contract. Different reimbursement rules apply to Original Medicare and Medicare Advantage.
Scheduling & Portal Access
Appointments at Sorelle Health are scheduled through our secure online system.
After booking, patients receive instructions for accessing the patient portal, where forms and appointment preparation details are completed before the visit.
